Once opened vermouth will begin oxidizing, to slow this process, always keep your wine sealed and refrigerated. Be sure to taste your wine before using it if you know you’ve been sitting on it for a while. Aim to use it within 8 to 12 weeks from opening.

Chilled and over ice or sometimes with a splash of dry gin and Campari for a heady and delicious negroni
Or if you want to try something with low alcohol
Slinky Spritz – 45ml vermouth and 90ml of sparking wine and a splash of soda water.
Slinky and Tonic, garnish with any citrus you have on hand.

White frontignac was used as the base wine. We have distilled the fortifying spirit using a part of the original base wine reinforcing the Frontignac aromats, then added botanicals including wormwood, blood orange peel, aniseed myrtle amongst others.
